Overview
Our Client is seeking to hire a full-time Senior BIM Coordinator located in Dublin. As a Senior BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all BIM models are in line with the agreed protocols, as well as managing and coordinating project teams. You will also be required to plan and organise the overall 3D model, 4D production planning, data and file management, and quality assurance on BIM models and drawings.
Requirements:
• Experience with Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 and ACC
• Experience working with Architectural, Structural and MEP disciplines within the Data centre, Pharmaceutical and bio-medical sectors
• Experience working on BIM Level 2 Projects
• Knowledge of ISO19650 and relevant BIM standards
• Experience creating and verifying 3D models from point clouds
• Degree in Architectural Technology/BIM or similar Construction/Engineering qualification
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead BIM Engineers and Co-Ordinators on both large and small projects
• Creation of 3D models for various disciplines (Architectural, Structural, MEP)
• QA/QC of work drawings in Revit
• Provide technical support and assistance to project teams
• Assisting BIM Managers with R&D into new innovative digital technologies within the AECO sector
• Willing to travel to site meetings when required.
