Senior Architectural Technologist – Revit | Fully Remote Available

An expanding architectural practice is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join its growing team.

This opportunity is ideal for an Architectural Technologist with 5+ years’ experience in Ireland, strong Revit skills and the ability to manage projects independently from planning through to construction.

The successful candidate will work on a broad range of commercial and residential developments while enjoying the flexibility of fully remote or hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed construction drawings using Revit.
  • Prepare planning, tender and construction packages.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants.
  • Chair project coordination meetings.
  • Manage technical delivery across multiple projects.
  • Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors and design teams.
  • Assist with project programming and resource planning.
  • Maintain high standards of technical detailing and documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ Architectural Technologist experience in Ireland.
  • Advanced Revit proficiency.
  • Strong technical detailing skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Irish Building Regulations.
  • Experience delivering commercial and residential projects.
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.

Location

The office is based in Co. Mayo, although fully remote working is available nationwide.

Candidates wishing to work from the office can easily commute from Ballina, Westport, Claremorris, Ballinrobe, Ballyhaunis, Swinford, Foxford, Newport, Belmullet, Charlestown, Knock, Kiltimagh, Crossmolina, Cong, Louisburgh, Achill, Balla and surrounding areas.
