About the Role

We are recruiting an Electrical Engineer with a strong trade background to join a young and dynamic company in the electrical and solar energy industry.

This hybrid role is based in Galway and offers the opportunity to lead projects, manage teams, and contribute to the growth of Ireland’s renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical and solar energy installation projects across multiple sites.

  • Manage project planning, scheduling, and site coordination.

  • Provide hands-on technical input while mentoring and guiding junior team members.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, safely, and to the highest standards.

  • Work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to support successful delivery.

  • Support the company’s continued growth and innovation in renewable energy.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified electrician (electrical trade background essential).

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualifications desirable.

  • Experience in the solar energy, renewable energy, or electrical sector.

  • Strong leadership and project management experience.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a hands-on role.

  • Based in Galway with flexibility for hybrid working and site travel.
