Overview

We are seeking to recruit a Café Manager in North Mayo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day to day running of the café
• Monitor stock levels and complete orders with external suppliers
• Managing staffing and rota requirements
• Managing performance of team members
• Providing excellent customer service to customers
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are adhered to

Key Requirements:

• Experience working in food or hospitality is essential
• Ability to manage workload and delegate accordingly
• People management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• HACCP training
