Location: Hybrid or Remote | Counties Limerick and Kerry | Full-Time

Technical & Professional Skills:
• Highly proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp
• In-depth knowledge of current Building Regulations
• Capable of preparing:
• Planning drawings
• Fire Safety Certificates
• Disability Access Certificates (DAC)
• Tender drawings and specifications
• • Experienced in project coordination and site management
• • Able to take ownership of multiple projects and lead client interactions from concept through to completion
