Role Outline:
We are seeking an Estimating Administrator to join our Estimating team at our Head Office in Limerick. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently while actively collaborating with the estimating team and other colleagues.
The successful candidate will operate within a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Requesting quotes for specific items from suppliers and/or contractors, following up where necessary.
- Source and identify suppliers.
- Liaise with all colleagues within the estimating team.
- Database management.
- Supporting the compilation of relevant documents.
- Create and present reports as and when required.
- Filing, photocopying and printing all relevant documents as necessary.

You Will Have:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years administration experience preferred within a construction company or a relevant construction link.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Experience in a similar Estimating Admin role would be beneficial.
- Understanding of the construction industry is a must.
