M+E Coordinator

Key Responsibilities Include:

• M&E coordination on assigned projects within the region in collaboration with fellow team members under the direction of the Regional Director.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects without defects, meeting tender budget constraints while upholding quality standards.
• Oversee the execution of design-build projects to fulfil client specifications as needed.
• Supervise, oversee, and provide assistance to the site management team regarding M&E components to ensure alignment with program schedules, quality benchmarks, budget constraints and tender margins.
• Always uphold rigorous health and safety standards across all projects.
• Facilitate dispute resolution procedures if necessary.
• Prepare contractual claims when deemed necessary.

You Will Have:

• A relevant 3rd level qualification.
• At least 3 years’ experience in building services coordination in Ireland.
• Experience in report writing, planning, and engaging with clients and senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
