Overview

We are looking to hire a qualified carpenter / working foreman for county Sligo

The project will take approximately 8 – 10 months to complete and the works will include:

1. General internal carpentry works to include first and second fixing, stud partitions and alterations, general builder works
2. Manage trades to include plumbing, electrician, roofers, plasterers etc.
3. Organise materials and deliveries
4. Manage sequencing of the works, making sure work is ready for the trades as they come in.
5. Manage general health and safety on site
6. Safe pass and manual handling required

• Must have residential experience and willing to be a working foreman. Experience in the general building regulations required too.
• Work is also available on other projects area so the role will be continuous and full time.
• Company van, tools, laptop and phone supplied with the role.
