Overview
Our client, who are a leader in their field, are seeking to recruit a Sales Representative based in Co. Cavan.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to visit retail customers throughout the region, within 150km of Cavan area
- Achieve sales targets where possible
- Process sales orders
- Introduce promotions
- Manage returns
- Build new displays as required
- Visual merchandising and maintenance of product displays
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Provide general customer service, advice and support .
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Complete call reports and keep management informed of any issues as they arise.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience as a merchandiser and or in sales role is highly desirable
- Ability to work on own initiative without supervision
- Self starter with high energy and enthusiasm for what can be a physically demanding role.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Good IT skills
- Full, clean driving licence
