Sales Representative

Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to manage and grow an established sales territory across the North East of Ireland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business while building long-term relationships with retailers, convenience stores, garages, forecourts, service stations, motor factors, automotive parts suppliers and motor dealerships.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to progress their career within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales across the North East.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Visit retailers, garages, motor factors and forecourts regularly.
  • Present new products and promotional campaigns.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales reporting.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and account management.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in field sales or business development.
  • Experience selling into motor factors, automotive, retail, forecourts or FMCG sectors would be highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial awareness with a proven ability to develop new business.
  • Self-motivated with strong territory management skills.
  • Full clean driving licence.

This territory includes Dundalk, Drogheda, Navan, Cavan Town, Monaghan Town, Carrickmacross, Bailieborough, Kells and surrounding areas.
