Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of project cost estimates and budgets
• Support senior Quantity Surveyors with valuations and final accounts
• Assist with procurement of materials and subcontractors
• Monitor project costs and expenditure
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
• Assist with tender preparation and pricing analysis
• Attend site and project meetings when required
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams
• Help manage project variations and commercial administration
• Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting throughout projects

Requirements

• Degree qualified or recently graduated in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline
• Strong interest in construction and commercial project management
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Good communication and organisational abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Excel
• Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Full clean driver’s licence desirable
