Arcon Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Sales Executive on behalf of a well-established company based in Sligo.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual with strong communication skills and an interest in developing a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound customer enquiries by phone and email
- Preparing quotations and processing customer orders
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Supporting the sales team with administration and follow-up
- Identifying opportunities to upsell products and services
- Updating CRM and customer records accurately
- Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, sales support, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident dealing with customers over the phone and by email
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well as part of a team
