Senior Sales Representative – Dublin & Leinster
Our client, a leading supplier of workplace safety solutions and personal protective equipment, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Representative to join their expanding commercial team covering Dublin and the wider Leinster region.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional with experience selling into highly regulated and safety-focused industries, including pharmaceutical, medical device, manufacturing and construction sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts and delivering tailored safety solutions to clients throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage customer relationships throughout Dublin and Leinster.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within pharmaceutical, medical device, manufacturing and construction sectors.
- Manage and grow existing key accounts.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
- Provide consultative workplace safety and PPE solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions.
- Work closely with procurement, health & safety and operations teams.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve agreed targets.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record in business development and account management.
- Experience selling into pharmaceutical, medical device, industrial manufacturing or construction sectors.
- Experience selling safety products, PPE, industrial supplies or technical products would be highly advantageous.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Commercially focused with a consultative sales approach.
- Excellent organisational and relationship management skills.
- Full clean driving licence.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Locations Covered
The successful candidate will cover the Dublin and Leinster region, including:
Dublin, Kildare, Meath, Wicklow, Louth, Westmeath, Offaly, Laois, Carlow, Kilkenny, Wexford and Longford.
This position would suit candidates currently working in technical sales, industrial sales, PPE sales, safety solutions, engineering products, construction products or business development roles.
