Arcon Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator / Personal Assistant for a well-established organisation based in Co. Mayo, with flexibility across Castlebar, Ballina, and Claremorris.
This is a maternity leave contract offering a hybrid working model, ideal for a highly organised professional with strong administrative and PA experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative support to senior management
- Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling
- Handle emails, phone calls, and general correspondence
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
- Maintain filing systems and accurate records
- Coordinate travel arrangements where required
- Support day-to-day office operations
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in an Administrator or Personal Assistant role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
Desirable Experience
- Background in a medical or professional services environment
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote setting
