Overview
Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator in Co. Mayo
Key Responsibilities
- Email and call handling in a busy environment
- Providing excellent customer service, seeking to increase sales and customer satisfaction daily
- Order processing and customer service
- Providing customer quotations
- Providing support to the Account Management team
- Process special branding orders and queries accurately and promptly
- Working with customers on branding approvals
- Sourcing special products from external suppliers for client contracts
- Reporting as required
- Administration as required
- Any other tasks as required in line with the role
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a similar environment
- Microsoft Office proficiency is a necessity, particularly Excel
- Able to work accurately, at pace, to meet fixed deadlines
- Forward thinking, positive attitude
