Overview

Our client is seeking a Site manager/Foreman for residential project in New Ross Wexford.

Duties Include:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring that work progresses according to plan
  • Coordinate between different trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and avoid conflicts
  • Monitor the quality of work performed, ensuring it meets project specifications and standards
  • Supervise daily operations on the construction site to ensure that the project progresses according to plan
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to project stakeholders, highlighting any issues or delays
  • Monitor project expenditures, ensuring they stay within the allocated budget
  • Maintain detailed records of all site activities, including daily logs, inspection reports, and correspondence
  • Provide leadership and direction to the on-site team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
