Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately.

Prepare and pack special order items.

Conduct stock checks and assist with the annual stock take.

Operate warehouse computer systems for order tracking and updates.

Respond to email and phone queries professionally.

Maintain excellent health and safety standards.

Carry out other general warehouse duties as required.
Requirements

Basic computer skills for order and stock recording.
Working Hours

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Friday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

Paid overtime may be available during peak periods.
