Part-Time Customer Service Representative – Ballisodare, Sligo
Location: Ballisodare, County Sligo
Job Type: Permanent, Part-time
Working Arrangement: Fully on-site
Hours: Five mornings or three full days per week
Arcon Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for an established company based in Ballisodare, County Sligo.
This is a flexible, part-time position that may suit someone looking for school-hours work or a three-day working week. The successful candidate will provide professional customer service while supporting the wider sales and administration teams.
Previous experience using Intact iQ would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Enter and update customer and order information on the company’s system.
- Provide customers with information regarding products, orders and deliveries.
- Follow up on outstanding orders and customer queries.
- Liaise with the sales, warehouse, accounts and delivery teams.
- Resolve routine customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare quotations, order confirmations and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Provide general administration support as required.
- Build positive and professional relationships with customers.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, sales administration or office administration.
- Experience using Intact iQ is highly desirable.
- Strong telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Accurate data-entry and order-processing skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage several customer queries and priorities.
- A friendly, helpful and professional approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to work fully on-site in Ballisodare.
Working Pattern
The company can offer one of the following part-time arrangements:
- Five mornings per week, or
- Three full days per week.
The final working pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate.
