PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Production of timely debtor & creditor reports for key practice personnel.
- Preparation of year-end file for external accountants & auditors.
- Follow up with debtors.
- Experience in Payroll.
- General reception duties.
- Accounts Maintenance & Payroll
- Purchasing & shipment roles
- Reception duties & other office tasks as required
- Assisting with general Administrative Responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills and follow up.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Ideally 3 years’ experience gained in a busy office environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
