Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator in Co. Mayo

Key Responsibilities

  • Email and call handling in a busy environment
  • Providing excellent customer service, seeking to increase sales and customer satisfaction daily
  • Order processing and customer service
  • Providing customer quotations
  • Providing support to the Account Management team
  • Process special branding orders and queries accurately and promptly
  • Working with customers on branding approvals
  • Sourcing special products from external suppliers for client contracts
  • Reporting as required
  • Administration as required
  • Any other tasks as required in line with the role

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar environment
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is a necessity, particularly Excel
  • Able to work accurately, at pace, to meet fixed deadlines
  • Forward thinking, positive attitude
