Overview
Our client is seeking to recruit a Receptionist/Office Administrator in Ballina, Co. Mayo
Key responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and emails
- Creating invoices
- Writing cheques
- Ensuring all records are up to date and associated paperwork is provided to customers
- Provide excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone
- Other ad hoc general administration duties
Key Requirements:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A background in farming is beneficial, but not compulsory
- Fluent in English
