Overview

Our client is seeking to recruit a Receptionist/Office Administrator in Ballina, Co. Mayo

Key responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails
  • Creating invoices
  • Writing cheques
  • Ensuring all records are up to date and associated paperwork is provided to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone
  • Other ad hoc general administration duties

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A background in farming is beneficial, but not compulsory
  • Fluent in English
