Production Supervisor required for our client in Mayo
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and organise the production, storage and dispatch of products
- Ensure that Health and Safety requirements are maintained
- Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and guidance
- Keep up to date with new products and techniques
- Order ingredients, equipment and supplies
- Manage staff rotas and holidays
- Maintain accurate records and paperwork
- Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance procedures
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to manage stock and ordering
Requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience of working on a Production Supervisor or other similar position
- Good practical experience with MS Office
- Strong organizational and leadership skills٫ together with a results-driven approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver
- High School Diploma; additional degree in engineering or other relevant area will be a bonus
