Overview
We have an exciting new role for a Marketing Graduate to join a successful company as a Marketing & Admin Coordinator in Castlebar, Co. Mayo
Responsibilities/core tasks of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in developing/updating and management of marketing materials including letterhead, brochures, posters, flyers, e-newsletters etc.
- Develop marketing strategies for website, social media, tradeshows etc.
- Assist with website update and manage social media accounts
- Assist with set up for trade shows and demonstrate the quality of our business and products
- Assist with preparation of quotations and price lists
- Manage relationships with clients and key accounts and report status to the management team
- Dealing with customer requests effectively and ensuring requirements are executed throughout the organisation
- Entering customer orders accurately to the production and supply chain system for action
- Manage customer order schedule and regularly update client on delivery status
- Collecting performance data to prepare metrics for customer orders
- Preparing datasheets and promotional catalogues for customers
- Prepare documentation and paperwork for global shipments
- Work with procurement to coordinate freight and logistics companies to fit with collection schedules
- Comply with standard operating procedures and work systems
- Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
- Ad hoc administrative duties
- Demonstrate superior time management skills to meet sales deadlines
- Market Research
- Understand and apply with our QEHS policies statement in all aspects of your work
- Contribute towards achieving company objectives that are of relevance to your work
Requirements:
- Graduate or 1+ years’ experience in similar role.
- Qualification in Marketing or equivalent.
- Good IT skills.
- Good communication and organisation skills.
