This is a senior HR leadership role that will allow you to shape HR strategy, drive employee engagement, and support the continued growth of a respected resort in the West of Ireland hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic HR advisor to the resort’s leadership team.

Align people and culture strategies with overall business goals.

Lead employee engagement, retention, and performance initiatives.

Enhance workplace culture where staff feel supported and motivated.

Oversee training and development programmes across all departments.

Drive organisational change to support long-term growth in the hospitality sector.
Candidate Requirements

A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (required).

Professional HR qualification or CIPD membership.

Minimum of 2 years’ HR leadership experience.

Excellent people and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for employee engagement.
