Customer service us one of the key elements of customer experience and as a team leader you are responsible to deliver the best service for the customer.
Job Description:
- Supervise a customer service team.
- Maintain proactive relationships with key customer on a regular basis.
- Drive performance and continuous improvement.
- Serve as an expert in handling customer queries.
- Customer order processing – lead teams that record/process customer orders.
- Customer relationship management (CRM) data.
- Customer service.
- Performance management.
- Work scheduling and allocation.
Key requirements:
- Work experience – minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Fully onsite.
- Agricultural knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
