Overview
We are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor on behalf our client based in Co. Mayo
Key Responsibilities:
- Use Industry insight and knowledge to tailor the right solution for customers.
- Fully explaining features and benefits of our products
- After-sales service to ensure customers are 100% satisfied.
- Meet and exceed agreed quality, customer, and productivity targets.
- Informing new and speculative customers of the products features and benefits.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication and listening skills;
- Excellent geographical knowledge of Mayo and surrounding counties
- Ability to learn new skills with the ability to think on your feet.
- Ideally 1-2 years proven experience in a telecoms role/market
- Confident in your ability to effectively close business deals;
