We are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor on behalf our client based in Co. Mayo

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use Industry insight and knowledge to tailor the right solution for customers.
  • Fully explaining features and benefits of our products
  • After-sales service to ensure customers are 100% satisfied.
  • Meet and exceed agreed quality, customer, and productivity targets.
  • Informing new and speculative customers of the products features and benefits.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills;
  • Excellent geographical knowledge of Mayo and surrounding counties
  • Ability to learn new skills with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Ideally 1-2 years proven experience in a telecoms role/market
  • Confident in your ability to effectively close business deals;
