Arcon Recruitment is currently hiring Administrators at various levels for multiple clients across County Mayo. We have excellent opportunities for Sales Administrators, Credit Control Administrators, Office Administrators, Accounts Administrators, and Customer Service Administrators.

These roles are easily commutable from Castlebar, Westport, Ballina, Belmullet and Claremorris, making them ideal for experienced administrators seeking a stable, full-time position within reach of their local area.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Administration

  • Processing customer orders and managing day-to-day queries

  • Preparing quotations and updating customer records

  • Supporting internal teams and field account managers

  • Assisting with invoicing and general administration

Credit Control Administration

  • Managing customer credit accounts and payment collections

  • Processing credit applications and issuing credit notes

  • Monitoring overdue accounts and contacting customers directly

  • Maintaining accurate financial and credit documentation

Office / Accounts / Customer Service Administration

  • Providing general administrative and office support

  • Handling phone and email enquiries

  • Preparing reports, updating databases, and maintaining documentation

  • Supporting accounts with invoicing, reconciliations, and related tasks

  • Delivering excellent customer service across all functions


Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience in administration, sales support, accounts, or credit control

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities

  • High attention to detail and strong accuracy

  • Confident communication and customer service skills

  • Experience with CRM or accounts systems is an advantage

  • Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work in a busy environment
