Overview

We are seeking to recruit an Administrator on behalf of our key client based in Co. Mayo

This role will involve a blend of receptionist and general administration duties.

The company are offering an attractive salary, along with benefits including pension contribution and subsidized health insurance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Ensure visitors are signed-in and direct them to the appropriate person and office.
  • Maintain company security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk and access gates.
  • Managing the daily phone calls and enquiries to the company. Distributing this information to the correct department and people.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Completing daily checklists for Production.
  • Placing orders and maintaining stationery stock.
  • Manage incoming & outgoing post.
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Other ad hoc general administrative work.

Key Requirements: 

  • Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a reception administration role.
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office products required.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. scanners, laminators and printers).
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Customer service attitude
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
