Overview
We are seeking to recruit an Administrator on behalf of our key client based in Co. Mayo

Key responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Ensure visitors are signed-in and direct them to the appropriate person and office.
- Maintain company security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk and access gates.
- Managing the daily phone calls and enquiries to the company. Distributing this information to the correct department and people.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Completing daily checklists for Production.
- Placing orders and maintaining stationery stock.
- Manage incoming & outgoing post.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Other ad hoc general administrative work.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a reception administration role.
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
- Fluent English required.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office products required.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. scanners, laminators and printers).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Customer service attitude
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
