We have a vacancy for an Accounts Assistant

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conducting monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices and credit notes in the accounting system.
  • Provide general support to the Finance manager and Finance director,
  • Liaise with other departments such us Account Receivable, Operations and Commercial and assist in other ad-hoc financial tasks as required.
  • Reconciling bank accounts on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Process invoices and other financial documents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Update credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Posting weekly/monthly bank payment transactions
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1+ years’ experience working as an accounts’ assistant
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Able to work toward and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
