Overview
We have a vacancy for an Accounts Assistant
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conducting monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices and credit notes in the accounting system.
- Provide general support to the Finance manager and Finance director,
- Liaise with other departments such us Account Receivable, Operations and Commercial and assist in other ad-hoc financial tasks as required.
- Reconciling bank accounts on a weekly/monthly basis
- Process invoices and other financial documents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Update credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Posting weekly/monthly bank payment transactions
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1+ years’ experience working as an accounts’ assistant
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Able to work toward and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
