Overview

Our Client a Dubai based Architectural practice is seeking a Architect to join their team.

Are you a talented  architect looking to relocate to Dubai and join a team shaping the Dubai landscape with their global award-winning designs?

Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the design and development of landscaping projects from concept to completion.
– Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop innovative design solutions.
– Prepare and present design proposals, including detailed drawings, 3D models, and project specifications.
– Oversee the implementation of landscaping projects, ensuring adherence to design guidelines, budget, and timeline.
– Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior architects and design team members.
– Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and materials in the landscaping industry and incorporate them into project designs.
– Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards in all landscaping projects.

Requirements

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture.
– Proven experience as a Senior Architect in the landscaping industry, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
– Must have proficiency in industry-specific software such as SketchUp, Lumion,
– In-depth knowledge of landscaping principles, plant materials, irrigation systems, and hardscape construction techniques.
– Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality and sustainable design solutions.
– Familiarity with local building regulations, environmental standards, and permitting processes in Dubai
– Professional certification.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
