Whether you have previous recruitment experience or come from a strong sales, customer service or business development background, this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in recruitment.

Working with clients throughout Mayo, Galway, Sligo and the West of Ireland, you will recruit across a wide range of sectors including Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, Administration and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract quality candidates using recruitment platforms, LinkedIn and social media.
• Screen CVs and conduct candidate interviews.
• Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage job advertisements across multiple online platforms.
• Match candidates to suitable vacancies.
• Maintain candidate records using our CRM system.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients.
• Coordinate interviews and provide feedback.
• Assist with business development and client visits.
• Deliver an exceptional recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience desirable but not essential.
• Sales, customer service or account management experience would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office.
• Full driving licence preferred.
