We are currently recruiting for a Sales Assistant to join a busy retail environment in Castlebar, Co. Mayo. This role is available on both a full-time and part-time basis, offering flexibility for candidates seeking a dynamic and customer-focused position.

About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive a positive shopping experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with queries
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising
- Operate the till and handle transactions accurately
- Replenish stock and manage stock levels on the shop floor
- Assist with deliveries and stock organisation
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets
Location – Mayo Coverage
This role is based in Castlebar and is easily accessible from surrounding areas including:
Westport, Ballinrobe, Claremorris, Ballina, Balla, Kiltimagh, Swinford, Foxford, and surrounding towns.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
