Based in County Mayo – suitable for candidates across Mayo and the wider West of Ireland. This role supports global markets and works closely with international stakeholders.

An experienced and driven Global Sourcing Lead is now required to support and scale global recruitment operations, with responsibility for high-volume sourcing across multiple international markets.
The Role
The Global Sourcing Lead will play a key role in developing and managing full-cycle sourcing strategies to grow a global evaluator community across more than 100 markets. Working closely with senior operational and recruitment leaders, this role will help drive best-in-class sourcing practices, optimise recruitment processes, and deliver against ambitious hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive advertising and sourcing strategies to generate high volumes of expressions of interest across global markets
- Manage and optimise the efficient processing of EOIs through automation, scripts, and workflow improvements
- Deliver against market targets and customer-driven hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
- Manage advertising and sourcing activity on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Negotiate effectively with online, print, media, and social media advertising partners
- Ensure all recruitment advertising and practices comply with local market legislation in partnership with legal and operational teams
- Maximise qualified candidate volumes through calling, emailing, and incentive-based engagement strategies
- Ensure all sourcing and recruitment practices align with independent contractor models across local markets
- Maintain the highest standards of data protection, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance
- Partner with Finance to manage and control recruitment advertising budgets
- Take accountability for daily and weekly team performance against targets, prioritising and reallocating workloads in line with business needs
- Ensure candidates fully understand the opportunity, culture, and values of the organisation
- Lead regular team meetings to align on strategy, priorities, and performance
- Appraise, mentor, and develop team members on an ongoing basis
Essential Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 1+ years’ experience in technical sourcing or recruitment, ideally within high-volume or global environments
- Strong experience using ATS / CTS systems to source, track, and manage candidates
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 and familiarity with Azure environments
- Proven ability to design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and regions
- Highly organised, data-driven, and comfortable working to metrics and targets

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and dashboards to optimise workflows
