An enthusiastic and creative Social Media Executive is now required to manage and grow the company’s social media presence, driving engagement, brand awareness, and footfall both online and in-store.

The Role

The Social Media Executive will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across multiple social media platforms. Working closely with the retail and marketing teams, this role will play a key part in shaping the brand’s online identity and supporting commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media activity across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Plan and create engaging content including posts, stories, reels, short-form video, and campaigns
• Maintain a consistent brand tone of voice and visual identity across all channels
• Develop and manage a social media content calendar aligned with retail promotions and seasonal campaigns
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with store teams to capture in-store content and product features
• Support product launches, promotions, and in-store events through social media
• Track performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and growth
• Identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to improve social media performance
• Collaborate with external partners or influencers where required
• Support wider digital marketing activities as needed

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a Social Media Executive, Digital Marketing, or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Confident in creating visual and video content (experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar is an advantage)
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Creative, organised, and commercially aware
• Interest or experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
