We are recruiting a Sales Representative / Sales Manager to cover the Dublin and wider Leinster region, working with an established provider of workplace safety solutions.

This role is ideal for a driven B2B sales professional with experience developing new business, managing client relationships and growing regional sales accounts.

The Role

You will take ownership of a defined Leinster sales territory, focusing on business development, account management and revenue growth. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will work closely with customers to understand their safety requirements and deliver compliant, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales across Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow, Westmeath, Meath and Louth

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities

  • Manage and expand existing client accounts

  • Conduct site visits, client meetings and product demonstrations

  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals and tenders

  • Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reports

  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers

  • Represent the business professionally across the region

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field-based B2B sales or account management

  • Background in construction, engineering, industrial, facilities or safety-related sectors is an advantage

  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability

  • Self-motivated, organised and target-driven

  • Ability to manage a regional sales territory independently

  • Full, clean driver’s licence
