Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing commercial and SME clients across multiple sectors.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to support company growth.

  • Prepare and present professional proposals, pricing structures, and contracts.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify opportunities.

  • Develop and implement strategic account management plans.

Candidate Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a Commercial Manager, Account Manager, or Business Development role.

  • Proven experience managing key accounts and building long-term client relationships.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Professional, organised, and results-driven approach.

  • Degree or qualification in Business, Sales, or related discipline is desirable.
