This is a fully remote role, offering the opportunity to lead complex projects from concept to completion, working with global clients in a fast-paced and highly regulated industry.
About the Role
As a Remote Project Manager, you will manage all phases of project delivery — from design and procurement to site operations and final handover. You will work closely with clients, end users, and stakeholders, ensuring every project meets quality, cost, and timeline objectives.
Your expertise in Revit will allow you to review, coordinate, and refine design elements, while your project management skills ensure seamless delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of pharmaceutical and life sciences projects from inception to completion.

Manage design processes using Revit to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in consultation with clients.

Develop detailed project schedules, milestones, and resource plans.

Control budgets, manage cost changes, and mitigate project risks.

Ensure full compliance with BCAR, fire safety regulations, and DAC requirements.

Facilitate stakeholder engagement workshops and maintain clear governance reporting.

Implement agile project management principles to adapt to evolving project needs.
Requirements

Proven track record in managing life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biologics projects.

Advanced Revit skills – essential.

Strong understanding of compliance, BCAR, and regulated industry requirements.

Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to prioritise multiple workstreams while working remotely.
