A leading organisation in Castlebar, Co. Mayo is seeking an experienced Administrator / PA to support a senior management team of five. This varied and fast-paced role involves managing diaries, booking travel, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to the management team.

Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes.

Book flights, accommodation, and travel arrangements.

Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Maintain accurate records and confidential information.

Support project administration and follow up on action points.

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Requirements:

Proven experience in an administration or PA role.

Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent organisation and multi-tasking abilities.

Experience booking and managing travel arrangements.
