A leading organisation in Castlebar, Co. Mayo is seeking an experienced Administrator / PA to support a senior management team of five. This varied and fast-paced role involves managing diaries, booking travel, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the management team.

  • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas and minutes.

  • Book flights, accommodation, and travel arrangements.

  • Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.

  • Maintain accurate records and confidential information.

  • Support project administration and follow up on action points.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administration or PA role.

  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent organisation and multi-tasking abilities.

  • Experience booking and managing travel arrangements.

  • High attention to detail and discretion.
