Warehouse Assistant Manager

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Warehouse Manager in daily operations

  • Oversee warehouse administration, documentation, and reporting

  • Supervise, guide, and train warehouse staff

  • Identify and implement process improvements and best practices

  • Perform operative tasks such as picking/packing orders and stock takes

  • Operate machinery and drive company vehicles as required

  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

✅ Skills & Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory role

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Proven ability to work under pressure and on own initiative

  • Valid driving licence required
