Salary: €80,000+ On Target Earnings
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join our clients team in Castlebar. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for building client relationships and achieving results.

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of existing clients while also identifying and developing new business opportunities within your designated territory.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Generate and convert new leads into sales

• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support

• Maintain accurate sales records and reports using internal systems

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (field-based or B2B preferred)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Highly driven with a target-focused mindset

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic IT tools

• Full, clean driving licence required

Desirable:

• Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools

• Background in transport, logistics, or automotive industry a plus

• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
