Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Analyst, you will:

  • Become the go-to expert for data across all business areas, including APIs and databases

  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code to automate and analyze workflows

  • Collaborate with global teams to plan and execute data-led operational improvements

  • Analyze and model performance metrics to inform strategic decisions on productivity and quality

  • Apply your knowledge of Machine Learning to explain models and enhance decision-making processes

  • Present analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Always uphold data security and privacy standards in line with company policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field

  • 2+ years of experience in an operations analyst or data-focused role

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience using SQL

  • Experience working with APIs, databases, and large datasets

  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)

  • Familiarity with GitHub or similar tools for version control and collaboration
