Overview

Our Client is seeking a Qualified Carpenter to work on the following

works will include:

  • General internal carpentry works to include first and second fixing, stud partitions and alterations, general builder works
  • roofing, slating and internal stud work / second fix carpentry.
  • Organise materials and deliveries
  • Manage sequencing of the works, making sure work is ready for the trades as they come in.
  • Manage general health and safety on site
  • Safe pass and manual handling required

Must have residential experience and willing to progress into a foreman position. . Experience in the general building regulations required also.

  • Carpentry: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Manul Handling Certificate (preferred)
  • Safe Pass (preferred)
