Overview
As our Marketing Operations Specialist, you are a naturally proactive communicator that’ll be responsible for executing the advertising and communications strategy for the business. Working closely with our leadership team, you’ll develop an audience-centric marketing strategy as a platform for promoting, enhancing, capturing and filtering demand.
Day to day support of our social channels and website while working with the global sourcing and technology teams is a key pillar of the role. You will drive advertising and communications efforts while executing content development and delivery for a business requiring hands-on management, strong communication skills and a love of technology. You will be juggling multiple tasks while working on a variety of initiatives. Strong writing skills and work ethic are a must!

Role Responsibilities:
· Alongside the global sourcing and technology teams, support day to day channel management across multiple regions.
· Develop and maintain a Social Media calendar that builds on key themes of our go to market strategy for community growth, marketing campaigns, and moments to connect with target audiences.
· Build and develop a seamless relationship and process with internal and external advertising partners to ensure content is in-line with the brand and social strategy.
· Drive high levels of audience engagement in direct support of business goals. Identify new opportunities and channels to promote the company.
· Collaborate with the Community, Data Science and Analytics teams to further develop our approach to social listening and how the insights gained can be used broadly across the business.
· Execute frequent, timely posting and positioning of company, community and customer related content across social channels.
· Support the communications management and organization of our domain-expert evaluator community across global markets.
Reporting & Insights:
· Monitor campaign performance daily/weekly/monthly through analytics tools and reporting platforms.
· Generate and present reports, analysis and recommendations for key stakeholders across the business, creating awareness, and building capabilities.
· Provide key insights to cross-functional teams to inform future creative copy and content.
· Manage budget(s) related to all social and advertising channels.
Technical Requirements:
· Excellence in creative writing.
· Marketing, communications or advertising related degree.
· Demonstrated, verifiable knowledge of all aspects of the marketing mix.
· Effortless communication and presentation skills.
· Precision in analytical and multitasking skills.
· A working knowledge of Hubspot, SalesForce or similar CRM platforms.
