Recruitment Consultant – Castlebar

As a result of steady growth, Arcon  Recruitment is looking for an additional Recruitment Consultant to join our seasoned recruitment team in our Castlebar branch.Our success has been built on solid foundations, including, quality of service, value for money and a commitment to identify the very best candidates available. We excel at maintaining long and lasting relationships with our clients and candidates resulting in many of our placed candidates becoming loyal customers.

Duties / Activities

• Full 360 recruitment. Liaise with clients to identify their talent requirements, plan a solution, identify and assess suitable candidates, close the deal.
• New client attraction. Work in a defined vertical/industry sector, identify new customers via phone prospecting, F2F meeting and attending networking events. All new business activity is fully supported through regular marketing initiatives.
• Working to revenue targets.
• To grow the existing customer base through retention activity and regular contact to ensure we have fully maximised all commercial opportunities.
• Sourcing and approaching candidates through job websites, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals and database marketing.
• Provide interview preparation and offer post-interview feedback to candidates.
• Get involved in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to identify new business.

Requirements

3rd level qualification in a Business, Marketing or HR discipline.
Previous experience in Sales & Customer Service.
IT literate.
Passionate and hungry to succeed.
