We have a new role on in Co. Sligo as an Accounts Assistant, see details below:

 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Production of timely debtor & creditor reports for key practice personnel.
  • Preparation of year-end file for external accountants & auditors.
  • Follow up with debtors.
  • Experience in Payroll.
  • General reception duties.
  • Accounts Maintenance & Payroll
  • Purchasing & shipment roles
  • Reception duties & other office tasks as required
  • Assisting with general Administrative Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively.
  • Good communication skills and follow up.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Ideally 3 years’ experience gained in a busy office environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
