This role is easily commutable from Castlebar, Ballina, Westport, Claremorris, Ballinrobe, Swinford, Kiltimagh, Foxford, Crossmolina, Belmullet, Newport, Louisburgh, Charlestown, Knock, Hollymount, Cong, Tourmakeady, Achill, Mulranny, Bangor Erris and surrounding areas.


The Role

We are seeking a highly organised Warehouse & Stock Administrator to join a growing business in County Mayo. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between the warehouse team and internal sales office, supporting efficient stock control and daily operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Record and process customer returns, ensuring accurate and timely crediting.

  • Manage stock and ERP administration in collaboration with warehouse and sales teams.

  • Carry out stock adjustments and maintain accurate inventory records.

  • Contribute to a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment.

  • Support warehouse operations during peak periods, as directed by management.


Skills & Experience Required

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a warehouse, stock control, or admin role.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and general IT skills.

  • Experience using a stock ERP system is an advantage (full training provided).

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
