Overview
You will be responsible for supporting the Senior Buyer and Stock Control team by helping to plan and order the delivery of stock for two retail stores. Supplier sourcing and negotiation skills will be key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor stock levels
- processing orders
- Ensuring deliveries are processed in a timely and organised manner.
- Updating product information on internal IT system
- Maintain relevant stock information
- Manage inventory discrepancies
Key Requirements
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound judgement, decision-making, and problem solving skills
- Experience with data entry, analysis and system maintenance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience of the Hardware industry will be an advantage.
