Overview
Our client is seeking to recruit a Sales Office Supervisor in Co. Mayo
Key Responsibilities
· Ensure high standards of customer service and selling at all times.
· To Process quotations, customer orders, product returns, payments and credit notes onto our system in a timely manner
· Liaise with customers or potential customers regarding their enquiries
· Correctly inform customers of product availability and delivery status of orders through to successful delivery
· Act as subject expert for all peroducts
· Liaise with purchasing, warehouse & sales team to ensure an efficient order delivery service
· Proactive telesales to existing database of customers with the ai, of increasing sales
· Record communications on Customer Relationship Management system
· Promote featured product offers
Skills Required:
· 2-5 years-experience in a sales driven role
· Good organisation skills with attention to detail
· Excellent customer service & communication skills
· Experience of computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Email and Internet
· Experience of Sage/CRM would be an advantage.
