We’re hiring a Program Operations Manager to lead the sourcing, engagement, and management of a global network of data analysts.
This hybrid role is based in County Mayo, combining in-office collaboration with flexible remote work. It’s a great fit for someone with a proven background in operations, contractor management, and strategic programme development.
What You’ll Do
– Lead global sourcing strategies for top-tier data analyst talent
– Manage contractor onboarding, assignments, performance, and retention
– Refine and optimise internal workflows for project and talent delivery
– Oversee quality control, project alignment, and customer satisfaction
– Work cross-functionally with project, legal, finance, and analytics teams
What You’ll Need
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Operations, or a related discipline
– 5+ years’ experience in program operations or contractor management
– Strong background managing hybrid or remote teams across global markets
– Familiarity with project tools and data-related deliverables
– Clear, confident communication and high-level problem-solving skills
Bonus Points For:
– PMP or similar certification
– Technical experience with tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Python
– Previous experience scaling contractor programs
– Multilingual fluency
