Overview

We are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator on behalf of our successful client, based in North Mayo.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing the daily operations of the office.
  • Answering phones and responding to emails.
  • Filing relevant documentation.
  • Assisting in weighbridge administration.
  • Data inputting

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar environment is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent initiative and ability to manage workload.

 Salary: 28-30k

Working hours:

09:00am – 05:00pm Monday – Friday. Flexible hours are negotiable.
